This shampoos brush is beautiful and very gentle. I’ve used it in the shower dropping a little shampoos in the brush. I know my scalp is clean and stimulated. It’s always great for a dry massage of my scalp and it’s helped me calm down the burning pain of migraines.My family and friends are getting one as special gift giving times occur this year.

Note: I have thick dreadlocks. I don’t always have time to dry them since it takes 6-8 hours of using the hair dryer on-and-off, so I try to wash them on a 2-4 week basis. However, it’s hard to go so long without washing because my scalp starts to get itchy. And itching it with fingers/nails makes it so much worse.I started using this (dry) morning and night to stimulate my scalp, and now I can go so much longer without having to wash my hair… it does not maker my scalp itchier, in fact it relieves itch, dislodges dandruff before it builds up, and distributes the oils throughout my loose hairs so they don’t appear greasy. On hair wash day, I take it into the shower and use it to work products into my hair. I feel like the twice daily scalp stimulation has increased hair growth, but who really knows…The tool is more than useful, doesn’t pull my hair, super easy to clean (being a single piece), and the design is ergonomic. I’d say it’s 101% a wonderful buy, whether you have dreadlocks or not.

Order came in quickly and in perfect condition. The item itself, is sized perfectly to be able to use without it feeling bulky or too small. It was easy to get through to my hair (I have medium length hair with fine-medium volume.) I gave the second one to my DD, who has long hair that is more thicker and she has had zero issues. Quality seems to be good thus far. Even with only having used it to date a handful of times, I have no complaints. Brissels aren’t too hard, but a comfortable medium where it is not harsh on the scalp, but will get the job done. Overall, great purchase and would buy again.

I’ve tried several scalp massagers before and they came apart quickly. This one is a one piece design that is super easy to hold and use. The bristles are gentle yet firm enough to give a good scalp massage. I use it while shampooing.

First I bought a cheap one of these from Sally’s, thinking to save a few dollars, but that one was very stiff, rough on my scalp and didn’t feel good. I really like this new pale green one that I got from Amazon. It is soft, flexible and really feels good to use it. I’m new to the Curly Girl Method, but this scalp massager is a big plus for cleaning my scalp and hair. My 2A waves/curls love it. I really like the soft green color too. I’m really glad I spent the extra few dollars on this one. Definitely worth it.
